Restrictions on wages for civil servants, employees of public institutions and the National Bank will be lifted.
The relevant changes are provided by the Law of Ukraine № 213-VIII "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on pensions" that was signed by the President on March 10.
In accordance with Chapter II of the Law of Ukraine № 213-VIII of March 2, 2015, the effect of the paragraph 10 of Chapter III of the "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to and invalidation of some legislative acts of Ukraine" № 76-VIII of December 28, 2014 shall be abolished.
These changes come into effect on April 1, 2015.
Recall the on March 2, 2015, the Parliament supported the relevant government bill number 2212 with 238 votes.
This law also provides for limitation of pensions for working judges.
Also, according to the law, the privileged retirement age for women shall be increased by 5 years, the insurance experience for certain professions and special experience for people, who are eligible to retirement for work in hazardous and especially hazardous conditions and to retirement for length of service, shall also be increased by 5 years.
