Queue on the Slovak border

Before the Ukrainian-Slovak border, there is a queue of 110 trucks.

On Sunday, December 15, as of 17.00. near the Ukrainian-Slovak border (400 m from the hotel complex "Cilicia"), a long queue of several dozen trucks emerged. Currently, 113 oversize vehicles are standing before the crossing point "Uzhgorod-Vyshnye Nyemetske" to leave the Ukraine after the weekend.

Along with Ukrainian carriers, there are many Russian and Belarusian carriers in the line. They have to choose Slovak direction at the end of the year, when their relevant international permits for travel in Poland, Hungary and Romania become expired.

But the main reason for the accumulation of trucks is the ban on traffic on weekends on the roads of the European Union, including the Slovak Republic.
