Starting from November 1, 2013, citizens can use services of the State Registration Service of Ukraine, referring to the nearest office of the "Ukrposhta." This was made possible thanks to the program "Administrative services: simplified access through post office," which was preceded by the signing of the Memorandum on mutual cooperation in the field of simplifying procedures of administrative services between the State Registration Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian state post services enterprise "Ukrposhta" and the adoption of the Rules of interaction between the State Registration Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian state post services enterprise "Ukrposhta" to provide easier access to administrative services.
So, now at the offices of the "Ukrposhta", citizens can obtain necessary information about state registration services, draw up the necessary documents, and submit them to the registration service.
When completing the application, the citizen shall indicate how he or she wants to receive the answer: by express delivery, by mail or directly at the registration service.
