Members of the Regional Council at the third plenary meeting of the 18th session made amendments to the program of formation and accumulation of the regional reserve of supplies and means of personal respiratory protection for unemployed residents of Transcarpathian region in 2011 – 2015.
In the chapter of the program, which refers to its goals and objectives, it is proposed to adopt the "formation and use of the reserve of supplies for prevention and elimination of consequences of emergency situations of a social nature" and "allocation of funds from the regional budget for the formation and accumulation of the regional reserve of supplies for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of a social nature and their consequences for 2014-2015". All this is necessaty for the proper implementation of the said program.
