Prosecutors returned to the state nearly 100 hectares of land on Uzhgorod district

Lviv Economic Court of Appeal upheld the position of the prosecutor’s office in Transcarpathian region and returned the land in area of ​over 90 hectares to the state enterprise farm-factory "Uzhgorodsky". 
Last year, officials of Kamyanytsya village council in Uzhgorod district appealed to the Commercial Court of Transcarpathian region with a claim for termination of title of the farm-factory "Uzhgorodsky" to the land in area of ​over 90 hectares and the court upheld this claim, thus taking away the land from the state enterprise. To protect the interests of the state, prosecutors of 
Transcarpathian region challenged the ruling of the Commercial Court of Transcarpathian region. 

Thus, the prosecution has proved in court that the 90 hectares of land are state property and the village council has no right to dispose of them.
