Prosecutors of Mukachevo city, Mukachevo and Mizhhirya districts will be fired – the Prosecutor General

Yesterday, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Pshonka, who had come back from vacation, signed the order of dismissal of the prosecutor of Mukachevo city Ruslan Bilovar, Mukachevo and Mizhhirya districts – Roman Pyatka and Bohdan Pylyp. This information was confirmed by the spokeswoman of the Prosecutor of Transcarpathian region Victoria Popovich.

Names of their successors are currently unknown.

Meanwhile, according to the proposal, ex Prosecutor of Mukachevo district Roman Pyatka agreed to the position of the manager of the staff at the Prosecutor’s Office of Transcarpathian region.

As previously reported, the prosecutor of Mukachevo Ruslan Bilovar in July wrote a letter "to transfer to a position with less amount of work." As the prosecutor of the region Volodymyr Korban noted at the press conference on July 25, "we have no complains about the prosecutor of Mukachevo, he himself filed the report, himself asked to transfer him to a position with less amount of work." "The prosecutor’s office of the city of Mukachevo will be… the second base prosecutor’s office. It is, so to speak, an exemplary office, another base prosecutor’s office… is in Khust. There are certain requirements to the base prosecutor’s office: it must have such conditions, such a team, which would serve as example for all others, trainings and seminars are held on the basis of such offices…", – Volodymyr Korban said.
