Private persons were once again denied the allocation of land plots in the vicinity of Uzhgorod airport – Andriyiv

This Uzhgorod City Mayor wrote about that on his page on Facebook.

– Today, members of the commission on regulation of land relations, urban development and architecture of Uzhgorod City Council recommended the session of Uzhgorod city to DISMISS the request of citizens M. Kochmar and Zh.Kochmar, who ask to allocate land plots in the security zone of the Uzhgorod airport.

These citizens have appealed for the second time for the allocation of land plots. And the first time, the commission, having considered this issue, recommended to dismiss the request, then Uzhgorod City Council passed the decision No. 1152 dated July 10, 2018, on the refusal to grant permits for the preparation of land management projects for the allocation of land for the construction and maintenance of a residential building, utility buildings and structures on Zakarpatska street as those land plots are located in the security zone of the airport.

Our position is the same – no matter how many times they request for allocation of these land plots, they will always be turned down.
