Uzhgorod residents attribute these innovations to the Prime Minister’s visit to Uzhgorod.

"Volodymyr Groysman has not even come to Uzhgorod yet, but has already shown how to keep things in order. Our city is like a garden, clean and tidy. So many patrol policemen in the city center, and not a single car near the city council. But it’s nothing compared to the embankment. Cleaned up nicely, and for the first time as far as I remember there are bags in trash bins.
