Approximately at 14.30 Transcarpathian Regional Administrative Court will announce a decision on the claim of the candidate to Transcarpathian regional council for the constituency No.5 Mykhailo Rusyn about the deregistration of the regional council candidate Andriy Baloha.
During the hearing today, February 10, representatives of Andriy Baloha presented originals (personally written statement and protocol) of the documents proving the membership of Andriy Baloha in the United Center party, as well as the originals of his exit from the United Center party on February 1, 2013.
That is, at the time of registration as a candidate to the Regional Council on February 5 this year, Andriy Baloha was a nonpartisan, but he was nominated by the party conference of the regional organization of the United Center. Meanwhile, representatives of the plaintiff failed to provide any copies or originals of Andriy Baloha’s statement to join the Kyiv organization of the "New Generation of Ukraine Party." Representatives of Andriy Baloha suggested that the member of this party is some other person with the same name and surname.
The judge went into chambers.
