The Security Service of Ukraine claims that there are criminal proceedings against members of the criminal group close to MP Mykhailo Lanyo (group "Will of the People") on suspicion of drug trafficking in Transcarpathian region.
"Several criminal proceedings against people close to the so-called group of "Blyuk" were registered in January. These criminal proceedings are currently under investigation into the illegal trafficking of drugs," – he said.
In particular, during this investigation, the police found and eliminated a drug lab – the Ukrainski Novyny reported.
In May, 6 suspects in this crime were detained, 5 of them were arrested, but released on bail by the court, another suspect fled and is being sought.
As part of the investigation of the conflict with members of the "Right Sector" in Mukachevo July 11, law enforcement officers conducted a series of searches at the members of this criminal group.
A lot of weapons was confiscated.
As reported, two members of the "Right Sector" were killed and four wounded in a gunfight in Mukachevo on July 11.
"Right Sector" claims that the gunfight was started by Lanyo, whom they call a criminal boss nicknamed "Blyuk."
