People are not let to the court hearing on activists of Narodna Square

At 13.00, the trial of the case on activists of Narodna Square in Uzhgorod was to begin in Uzhgorod City and District Court.  

The case is to be considered by the judge Domnytsky, who is also the Chief Justice.

Journalists and other interested parties were banned from the meeting, the security referred to "oral instructions" of the judge. We remind you that according to the law, courts sittings in Ukraine are open, unless otherwise provided in a separate resolution. Apparently, such resolution has not been adopted, hence – "oral instruction", the legality of which, obviously, is questionable.

By the way, the first trial of the Narodna activist lasted as long as 10 minutes. 

Also people, who have gathered in the lobby of the court, are waiting for a representative of the staff.

The next meeting on 5 other activists of Narodna square is scheduled for 14.00.
