Transcarpathians of the fifth division of the Volunteer Corps "Carpathian Sich" for about a month have been taking an active part in the fights in the east of Ukraine.
Sich members have been in the whirlwind of events since the beginning of the Maidan, and now are defending our country with guns in their hands. Side by side with the soldiers of the Ukrainian army, they were successfully holding the line in the village of Pesky near Donetsk, participated in combat sortie, defended roadblocks in Donetsk region.
Unfortunately, they do not have good weapons and ammunition (all is purchased at their own expense, with the help of volunteers and concerned people).
They often receive frankly absurd orders from the command, volunteers are left to their fate, because the government wants to get rid of the young patriots who are willing to take desperate and drastic steps. Another evidence of this is the so-called "truce", during which defenders of our country keep dying.
Therefore, they have no one to rely on but to conscientious citizens. So they ask to help them protect Ukraine.
