Panov will not get the permit to put a board near the Cathedral

The Executive Committee, during consideration of the draft decision "On the outdoor advertising," did not give A.Panov the permission to install the board.

Panov turned to the local authorities for the permission to install a billboard near the cathedral. Obviously, it was about the information on the garden, which is planned to be arranged opposite the church.
