On the road Uzhgorod-Perechyn, a tree fell on a moving car

At 18 39, the operational and rescue service received a message that on the road Uzhgorod-Perechyn (3 km from the city of Perechyn, near the bus stop "Dychka"), a tree fell on a car "Volkswagen Polo", which was moving. At that moment, the driver and a passenger were inside the vehicle.

The driver reported that he managed to hit the brakes when he saw the falling tree. Because of that, only the front of the car and the windshield were damaged.

To clear the vehicle and the road from wood, one crew of rescuers of the 1st State Fire and Rescue Unit of the city of Perechyn was sent to the scene. Within 25 minutes, the work was completed. Rescuers sawed about 0.3 m³ of wood.

Nobody was injured during the incident.
