On the initiative of the Regional Council Chairman, an exhibition of social photos will be opened in Uzhgorod

The Regional Council Chairman Volodymyr Chubirko initiates a project – an exhibition of social photos that will be opened next year in the PADIYUN.

The author of the works is a known photographer Ezra Tobacco, who is already working on the project.  The main characters of photographs will be children’s from homes, orphanages, schools for children with disabilities. In total, over three months, it is planned to create more than a hundred photos of pupils from nearly 30 schools from all over Transcarpathia.  

"The main goal of the project is to draw public attention to these children, to their problems – the project proponent Volodymyr Chubirko says. – With pictures we can see how the children with hearing and vision impairments, with disabilities live. Frank look at their lives will allow us to get to know the kids. We have to give a helping hand to these children, I urge all concerned people to do this."
