Khust interdistrict prosecutor registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations and initiated criminal proceedings on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 1 of Art.366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine over making false information to official documents by officials of the Tender Committee of the Education, Youth and Sports Department of Khust District State Administration.
According to Khust inter-district prosecutor Serhiy Zovdun, false information was made to quotation disclosure protocols and to report on the tender results.
