Number of millionaires in Transcarpathia seems to be increasing

Since the beginning of 2017, residents of Transcarpathia have declared UAH 89.5 million income. In total, 949 citizens have submitted declarations of income received in 2016. 416 citizens have taken advantage of the right to a tax rebate and declared UAH 741.2 thousand for the return of tax on personal income.

It should be noted that 90 citizens declared UAH 11.5 million of income received in the form of inheritance (gifts). These declarants paid UAH 534.1 thousand of tax on personal income.

2 citizens declared foreign income totaling UAH 55.7 thousand, the PIT on which is UAH 9.1 thousand.

94 citizens declared income from operations for the sale (exchange) of immovable and / or movable property in the amount of UAH 32 million 600 thousand. The amount of tax on personal income is UAH 417.1 thousand.

138 citizens declared other income in the amount of UAH 11.7 million. Nearly UAH 36.2 thousand is to be paid.

It should be noted that as of February 20, 2017, among other citizens, 6 millionaires have filed declarations in the region. Four millionaires received income from the sale of property, one inherited property, another one declared other income. The total sum declared by them amounted to UAH 33 million 835 thousand. In total, in 2016, 48 citizens in Transcarpathian region declared millions, and in 2015 – 27, the press service of the Main Office of the SFS of Ukraine in Transcarpathia informs.
