Strating from the declaration for March 2013 tax reports on value added tax shall be submitted in a new form, approved by the Ministry of Finance order № 1342 from 17 December 2012.
Instead of various forms of tax declarations of value added tax a single form for all VAT payers has been introduced. There is 3.1 thousand of such taxpeyers in the region.
However, starting March 1, 2013 payers of the value added tax shall keep a register of issued and received tax bills in form and in a manner approved by the Ministry of Finance order No. 1340 from 17.12.2012.
On monthly basis, taxpayers in terms that provided for tax reporting (calendar month) shall file to a state tax authority copies of entries in registers for a period in electronic form. Copies of entries in the registers of issued and received tax bills belong to the tax reporting on VAT.
Deadline of filing the VAT declaration for March 2013 is April 22, 2013.
