National minorities living in Transcarpathia in the focus of European media

Once a year, journalists from the Sorbian office of the RBB (Public Broadcasting Company of Brandenburg and Berlin) devote their programs to the work of national minorities TV and radio from other countries. This year, German colleagues told about Transcarpathia and the "Tisa-1" TV channel. The initiator of the television project and its co-author is our countryman – a talented journalist and director Maxim Melnik.

During the week, journalists from Germany were exploring the life of national minorities of the westernmost region of Ukraine, witnessed the creation of television and radio programs, observed the filming process and shared experience with the colleagues from the Transcarpathian branch of the National Public Television of Ukraine.
