Snow plowing machines have been working on the streets of Mukachevo since midnight. Employees of the utility "Repair and Construction Department" are engaged in snow removal – a total of 150 people and 13 units of special equipment. They are actively cleaning adjacent territories and sidewalks at educational, medical and cultural institutions.
Public utilities and organizations are responsible for cleaning up central streets, as well as streets in the city’s microdistricts. Also, the municipal economy department ask city residents and businesses to clean the areas adjacent to their houses and offices, as stipulated by the street maintenance rules.
The municipal economy department ask not to leave the car at night on the roadsides, in order not to impede the work of snow-removal equipment. Public utilities will continue to in extra hard mode.
Road users are urged to be as careful as possible.
