In the parking lot of the TC Arcadia, at Dniprovska Embankment, 33 (Darnytskyi district), police officers found in a car trunk 6.5 kg of plastid explosives and 10 detonators.
According to the Censor.NET, this was reported by an MP, member of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko on his Facebook page.
Both citizens were arrested under article 208 of the CCP.
The investigators believe that this group was preparing to commit a terrorist act in the capital of Ukraine.
The editor-in-chief of the publication on his page on Facebook wrote: "The car is a gray "Volkswagen Passat", license plate AO 0888 OT.
Passengers are citizens of Ukraine from Mukachevo.
The only thing that they said is that someone had asked them to deliver these things to someone.
The car is registered for a detainee’s uncle, they have relatives, so the trial will be public, all the details will be known."
And already Transcarpathian users of social networks suggest to identify the "fellow countrymen".
