Today, the Basic Law of the country celebrates its "birthday"! On this day, I would like to express hope that the potential inherent in the Constitution will be fully realized and will promote the development of economic, cultural and spiritual spheres of Ukrainian life. Because only a rule-of-law state can ensure rights and freedoms and guarantee safety for its citizens.
