On the outskirts of Uzhgorod (outside the city), on Zahorska street, there is a free land in area of 16 hectares. According to current legislation, the land outside settlements is under the management of the State Land Register. At the joint meeting in the Regional State Administration with the participation of the State Land Register representatives, it was decided that the 16 hectares on Zahorska street would be distributed among participants of the ATO who have priority right to obtain land.
– Today, more than 30 participants of the ATO came to me complaining that among the 142 people, who have received land, there are only two participants of the ATO – number 137 and number 138 (see the list below) – Hennadiy Moskal said. – Other persons have no relation to the ATO. And this is despite the fact that I publicly told all employees of the RSA, heads of law enforcement agencies and representatives of the central executive power units (who are not participants of the ATO) to not even think about registering land plots on Zahorska street for themselves, their relatives or nominees.
Because this land is only for the participants of the ATO. And now, the State Land Register, that is not subordinate to the Regional State Administration but directly to Kyiv, behind our backs has given the land to some strangers. Today, I was forced to sign an order to cancel the registration documents for the land granted to those people (except for numbers 137 and 138).
I do not know the people who have received the land on Zahorska street (except for the two participants of the ATO). So I make the entire list open for public.
