More than fifty Easter egg trees will decorate Narodna Square in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

    This Friday, April 7, on the holiday of the Annunciation, the third regional festival-contest "Arise, Easter egg!" will start on Narodna Square in Uzhgorod
Easter eggs made by contestants in various techniques will be presented on 54 "Easter egg" trees located around the perimeter of the main square of the region.

Meanwhile, hundreds of teachers and students of Transcarpathian schools will be sharing their experiences in making of the Easter symbol during the workshops. Everyone will be able to make an Easter egg in a chosen technique.

Also, on the same day, an exhibition of Easter towels embroidered by educators and their pupils will be held for the first time in the atrium of the RSA building. The exhibition of Easter-themed photographs will be deployed there.

The opening of the regional festival will be held on Friday at 11.00.
The exhibition of Easter eggs on Narodna Square in Uzhgorod will run until Easter – April 16.
