During yesterday’s rain, workers of the regional road building company were doing patching repairs at the intersection of Karmelyuk and Dobriansky street.
The result was not long in coming: the asphalt can be easily torn off by bare hands. This was reported by journalist Vitaliy Glagola:
"Friends, we all saw today the weather outside, didn’t we? So, today, Uzhgorod road builders decided to do a "patching repair according to the newest Uzhgorod method" – laying asphalt right in puddles. Location – the intersection of Karmelyuk and Dobriansky streets. It will hold there a week at most. Watch the video: it can be taken out by bare hands like sand. This work is useless, and it is our taxes down the drain!
Bohdan Andriyiv does not allow to tag himself in Uzhgorod group on FB, but I hope he will answer: which of his subordinates had the idea to do patching repairs today and how he will be punished for it. Also, which official of the city council accepted such work. Because I am sick and tired to see that again and again!
