On Tuesday, September 4, in Vynogradiv a symbolic capsule was laid under the building of modern cottage complex. Celebrations on the occasion were attended by the head of the regional administration Oleksandr Ledyda and his deputy Ivan Bushko, director of "WET Automotive Ukraine" Jörg Evers, permanent deputy ambassador to the German Embassy in Ukraine Anke Feldhausen, the head office of German economic representative office Marcus Alexander.
The housing construction for the most successful employees was initiated by "WET Automotive Ukraine" company, which is one of the largest foreign investors in Ukraine.
New residential complex is expected to be built over the next two years. More than two dozen factory workers will be living there. The complex will be built using energy-saving technologies, so it meets the highest standards of European housing.
The construction started with the symbolic laying of the capsule with project drawings and fresh newspaper issues in the foundation.
Residential complex will be erected at the company’s expense, and the land lot was provided by the local authorities. The authorities were ready to cooperate with the investor, because it is probably the largest employer in the region – 2,3 thousand of Vynogradiv inhabitants work there.
After the celebrations the guests familiarized themselves with production capacity. "WET Automotive Ukraine" is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of heating for car seats, operating in Ukraine since 2005. By the way, Transcarpathian Branch plans to expand by building a new terminal structure – informs the press center of RSA.
