The State Migration Service Department of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region summed up the results of the work on passport issuance to citizens and their compliance with passport regulations in the first half of the year.
Thus, 16,320 passports were issued to citizens of Ukraine in the first 6 months of the year. In the course of compliance with the rules passport system, there were revealed 9016 offenses. This is for 88 violations more than at the same period of last year. 4,278 individuals were fined on the total amount of 89 000 hryvnia.
The passport was given to citizen of Ukraine for departure abroad. 169 applications for the citizenship of Ukraine and 161 for permanent residence departures in the foreign countries were put under consideration in the first half of this year.
3 million 561 thousand hryvnia were transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine – informs Olha Poshtak, a chief specialist of Public Relations and mass media Directorate in the Transcarpathian region.
