Members of the Regional Council are getting ready for the twenty-third session

The Chairman of the Regional Council Volodymyr Chubirko convenes a plenary meeting of the 23 session of the Regional Council to be held on May 28, 2015 at 10 o’clock, in the city of Uzhgorod in the meeting hall of the Regional Council.

Under the proposed issues, over 20 draft decisions will be considered at the plenary session. Among them: the report of the prosecutor of Transcarpathian region on the state of the law in Transcarpathian region in 2014, on the improvement of social dialogue mechanisms through electronic petitions, on the Procedure for establishing limits of special use of natural plant resources of local importance in Transcarpathian region, on the approval of the List of species of vascular plants and habitats subject to special protection in the region, and others.  

A number of issues constitute a financial block, namely on the use of funds received by the regional budget as compensation for losses in agricultural and forestry production in 2015, on amendments to the decision of the Regional Council of 30.12.2014 № 1172 "On the regional budget for 2015" (amended on March 6 and April 8, 2015), and others.

All the issues will be preliminary considered at the meetings of the standing committees, then, at the Presidium of the Regional Council that recommends the final agenda of the session.
