According to unofficial information, over 100,000 Transcarpathians have the citizenship of other countries, which allows them to work in the EU and does not require work visas.
Currently, according to the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, the Cabinet of Ministers has several ideas on the introduction of dual citizenship, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has to develop a single concept.
It seems that the new government wants to make the lives of the Transcarpathians with dual citizenship easier.
