Legal nihilism

Doctor of Law Vasyl Lemak detailed the conditions under which the activities of the Verkhovna Rada temporary commission of inquiry would be really effective: "The parliamentary control is necessary, but: 1) it can not replace the real pre-trial investigation, 2) in the absence of a special law, the work of the commission should be organized more clearly – that is if there is any rational purpose in this (with the same explanations, de facto, available in direct mode), 3) and, most importantly, the society sees absolute legal nihilism and disorder in the country. It turns out that some party together with the Security Service of Ukraine controls the customs (there is a result!), not to mention weapons and everything else."

Recall that the parliamentary commission since yesterday has been establishing the circumstances of the shooting in Mukachevo.
