According to the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region, Irshava district was affected as a result of bad weather conditions (hail, showers and strong winds) the most. Roofs of 182 residential buildings were damaged in 4 settlements of Irshava district, namely:
the village of Brid – 150 roofs;
the village of Deshkovytsia – 10 roofs;
the village of Ilnytsia – 12 roofs;
the village of Osiy – 10 roofs.
Information on the number of damaged buildings is to be specified. Nobody was injuried.
At 18:30, there was the meeting of the headquarters for the relief of the bad weather consequences at the Irshava Regional State Administration.
Also, strong wind gusts led to the fall of trees on the highways and courtyards in the region. As of 18:00, 7 cases have been registered, namely in Khust district (2), Tyachiv district (4) and the city of Mukachevo (1).
Units of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region and representatives of local authorities are taking a number of measures to relieve the effects of the bad weather.
