08.06.2017, at 16:00, it was reported that due to heavy rain and cluttered gutters, on 07.06.2017, intense runoff of rainwater had formed and groundwater level had risen, which caused a slight short-term flooding of basements in 39 houses and 70 yards in the villages of V.Komyaty and Onok in Vynogradiv district. Also, the surface of a local dirt road was partially damaged. The water was removed from flooded premises and yards by gravity.
Rescuers were not engaged for elimination of the bad weather effects
