Due to the spread of respiratory infections among children, schools in Vynogradiv district, in Baranyntsi territorail community, as well as five schools in Volovets district are closed until February 24, 2019.
According to the Head of the Department of Epidemiological Surveillance and Prevention of Infectious Diseases of the Transcarpathian Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Viktoria Tymchyk, in most administrative territories, the number of sick persons has decreased in comparison with the last week, however, there is an increase in the number of cases in Khust and Rakhiv districts. Epidemic thresholds are exceeded by 50% – in Volovets district, by 18% – in Mizhhirya district, by 16% – in Vynogradiv district.
