The Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathia informed that around 04:00, the police had received a report from the owners of a house in Vynogradiv that they had heard an explosion in the yard.
An investigating and operational team immediately arrived at the scene and found out that unknown persons had thrown into the yard some explosive device which damaged the entrance gate and a little of the facade.
Experts are establishing what kind of explosive it was.
According to a source of the Mukachevo.net, a deputy of Vynogradiv City Council Elisa Sidey lives in the house.
Preliminary legal classification is Part 2 of Article 194 of the CCU, ie Intentional destruction or damage to property by explosion. Such actions are punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to ten years.
