In Uzhgorod Transcarpathian organizations united to influence the authorities

To cooperate and jointly act in the interests of communities – such memorandum was signed in Uzhgorod today, on December 20. 
The signatories are representatives of the Association of cities of Ukraine, Association of village councils of Ukraine and the Association for the development and reform of cities, towns and villages "Transcarpathia – XXI century". The memorandum was also signed by members of the Public Council of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and Coordination Councils of public councils of Transcarpathian regional government authorities.
"All these organizations work with one purpose – to defend the interests of the community before the state authorities. It’s time to join forces and work together," – said one of the signatories to the memorandum, the representative of the Association "Transcarpathia – XXI century" Oleg Luksha. 
Among the joint activities of associations and public councils there will now be mutual exchange of information, mutual participation in events and activities, mutual support of each other. 
Also, in Uzhgorod today there was a joint meeting of these organizations dedicated to the signing of the memorandum. 
There, in particular, they told in detail about the "Dialogue" project, which is implemented by the Association of cities of Ukraine funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development.
