Young people in Uzhgorod propose to arrange a special format of Shevchenko days.

Namely, the event "Shevchenko NEW".

In particular, it includes: 

18:00 Narodna Sq. (Taras Shevchenko monument). The presentation of Taras Shevchenko’s descendant, who was only recently found by Uzhgorod historians. The young great-great-grandson of Shevchenko will tell about a little-known life of his great-great-grandfather. (Performance)

18.30 Cactus (Korzo 7) recitals of Shevchenko’s works together with guest artists as well as discussions, searching for new meanings in his work.
