In Uzhgorod district, they were stealing Russian oil from the pipeline

Yesterday at 14.20, on the 389th km of the pipeline of the SE "PrikarpatZakhidtrans", in a field near 
the village of Pidhorb, Uzhgorod district, at a depth of five meters, security officers of the company 
found an old tie-in to the pipeline belonging to the closed joint-stock company "Yuhozapad" (Samara, 
Russian Federation). 

The oil was stolen by welding to the pipeline a metal pipe which was connected to a ball valve. No oil 
leaks and threats to the environment were detected. Earthworks are being performed over this fact. 
About 250 meters of high pressure rubber hose was seized.
