Officers of the police service to combat cybercrime received operational information that in one of the apartments in the New neighborhood of Uzhgorod an illegal bookmaking office operates.
Having arrived at the scene, the police found a private firm at this address. In the room there was an employee of the company and a 36-year-old resident of Uzhgorod. The latter admitted that he had just made a money bet here in the amount of UAH 25 on the outcome of a football match.
The police are investigating into the activity of the firm.
