In Tyachiv, a packet of control coupons from the early election to the Verkhovna Rada was found on the street (Photofacts)

In the city of Tyachiv in Transcarpathian region (single-mandate constituency №72), local residents found on a street a pack of control coupons from ballot papers.

According to the information on the control coupons, they are from the polling station №210512, located in the village of Nyznya Apsha in Tyachiv district at Lenin street, 114. The coupons were from ballot papers for the multi-mandate constituency – the OPORA informed.

As an observer of the OPORA found out, residents of Tyachiv, who had found the pack on November 18, immediately took it to the local district newspaper.

In his comment to the OPORA, the chairman of the district election commission №72 Mykhailo Roshko said that he had received the information about the discovery of control coupons from online media. He does not know anything about that, police officers have not inquired him on this issue. Mykhailo Roshko said that all documentation regarding the results of the voting for the station №210512 in village of Nyzhnya Apsha was conforming, there have been no remarks as to the documents. He said he would investigate the situation.

Currently, the pack of control coupons is still in the office of the Tyachiv district newspaper. As an employee of the newspaper told the observer of the OPORA, the police has not inquired about this situation.

According to unofficial version of local journalists, the stack of control coupons could have been lost while documents were being transported from the DEC to the archive.

This fact raises questions, as documentation of the PEC should be packed and sealed. Similarly, documents from PEC should be packed and sealed while stored at the DEC. During transportation of the documents, nobody had the right to open the folder with documents.
