During the pre-trial investigation it was established that the suspects, being members of the three polling station election commissions of the single-member constituency No. 69 at the elections of the People’s Deputies of Ukraine, issued ballots to persons who were not entitled to receive them, the Prosecutor’s Office of Transcarpathian region reported.
Ballots were issued in the name of persons who, on the day of early elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, were abroad or were not at the polling station.
