In Transcarpathia, participants of the ATO will be granted interest-free loans for home improvement

The Regional Investment Fund is amending the Regional target program "Your Own House" for 2012-2015.

 The new revision of the program provides for preferential interest-free loans to participants in the anti-terrorist operation. In particular, the chapter "The purpose and objectives of the program" shall be supplemented with the following paragraph: "ensuring priority granting of interest-free soft loans to participants of the anti-terrorist operation and their families for purposes provided by the program."

The chapter "Program Financing" states that "The sources of financing for the regional program "Your Own House" for 2012-2015 shall be identified and formed at the expense of state and local budgets in proportions determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. 66,400,000 UAH is provided for financing of the Program, including the repayment of loans in amount of 28,000,000 UAH that will be used for further financing of the Program and accounts for 42.2 percent of the total funding."

It is expected that under the new draft of the document, in the course of implementation of the Program, residential houses with a total area of ​​61,000 square meters will be built, 1900 rural homes will be provided with construction engineering services, 2200 new jobs in rural areas will be created. For the first time, the program provides funds in the amount of 8.0 million hryvnia for the development of rural infrastructure, in particular for the development of private farms, businesses and ensuring participation in projects on energy efficiency and energy saving technologies."
