Using sociological methods, they conducted a study to find out how the draft of practical guidelines developed by the Ministry of income and taxes of Ukraine will help taxpayers to fill out tax returns.
In particular, they formed three independent focus groups consisting of experts of income and taxes authorities, individuals and self-employed persons on the basis of Uzhgorod, Mukachevo and Beregovo STIs.
Each participant was able to independently complete a tax return on property and income, to evaluate the order and complexity of the data entry process, and to make proposals for the improvement of the proposed algorithm.
The suggestions, answers to the questions and difficulties that the respondents had were processed by specialists of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region. The results of the focus groups study were sent to the Ministry for further analysis and unification.
