In Transcarpathia, a man robbed a service station (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

The man who robbed a service station in Vynogradiv was found by Transcarpathian police. The motives behind the theft are currently being established. A pre-trial investigation in the case is underway, the Communications department of the Transcarpathian regional police reported. 
A resident of Vynogradiv appealed to law enforcement officers with a statement about the theft of expensive equipment from a service station. At the scene, the police found out that on the night of August 4, unknown individuals had entered the service station and stole car service equipment, a compressor, a barrel of motor oil, a pump and two overpasses. 
Investigators registered the information about the theft with breaking and entering into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 3 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 
After conducting a series of investigative activities, the criminal investigation officers of the regional police department together with local operatives found out that a 26-year-old resident of the village of Zarichchya, Irshava district, was involved in the theft. 
When it got dark outside, the thief came to the station and robbed the enterprise.
He was detained by the police with the support of a special police company. A pre-trial investigation is currently underway. The material evidence was partially seized and will be returned to the owners.
