A group of five drug dealers was dealing in Uzhgorod district and organized their business in the building of a former nightclub.
The Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor’s Office informs that members of the group of criminals were packing and later selling banned drugs under the close control of the 47-year-old organizer and his 26-year-old son.
The organizer and 2 other members of the group were detained during the special operation.
During the searches, they seized knives, weapons and their components, ammunition, narcotics and psychotropic substances in the suspects’ apartments and cars.
The 47-year-old organizer and two members of the criminal group were notified of being suspected. The choice of pre-trial restraint is being decided.
Policemen are carrying out investigative activities according to Part 2 of Art. 307 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (illegal production, acquisition, storage, transportation, transfer or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs).
