In Transcarpathia, a drunk driver hit a cyclist

Over the past 24 hours, Transcarpathian police recorded 11 cases of drunk driving, two of which resulted in accidents 
This was reported by the communications department of the Transcarpathian regional police.
A report of administrative offense for drunk driving was drawn up against a 69-year-old resident of the village of Dubove. In the village of Bushtyno, Tyachiv district, a drunk man driving a Volkswagen Polo hit a cyclist. Two reports of administrative offense were drawn up under Art. 130 and Art.124 (driving under the influence and violation of traffic rules). 
A violation of the rules of road safety was also documented in Velyky Berezny district. In the village of Lyuta, the driver of a car Volvo caused a road accident. The vehicle collided with a car Lada parked on the roadside. While talking to the driver, police officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication, but he refused to take the test. 
In total, officers of the patrol police response teams caught drivers in a state of intoxication in Tyachiv, Beregovo, Irshava, Vynogradiv, Velyky Berezny and Mukachevo districts. Four more violators were recorded by officers of the Patrol Police Office. All were brought to administrative responsibility.
