In Transcarpathia, 90 objects will be financed from the State Regional Development Fund

110,538,000 UAH from the State Regional Development Fund of Transcarpathian region is provided for 2016.

These funds will be used, in particular, for the repair of roads, construction of sports facilities, water supply network in the region. In total, 90 objects.

This was announced during the briefing by the Director of Economic Development and Trade Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Denys Man. 267 projects were submitted for the consideration of the regional commission. Following the consideration, 90 of them, including 50 road projects, were selected and submitted to the Ministry of Regional Development.

"Among the submitted projects, there are strategic and social ones. In particular, the reconstruction of the International Airport "Uzhgorod", restoration of buildings of the former boiler house in the regional center for the arrangement of a sports and rehabilitation center for the disabled, maintenance of roads "Vylok – Nevetlenfolu – checkpoint "Dyakovo", Synevyr – Synevyrska Polyana and Synevyr – Kolochava – Bushtyno, construction of a sports complex in Tyachiv and building of water supply networks and facilities to the village of Muzhiyevo in Beregovo district" – Denys Man said.

According to him, 30 projects in Transcarpathian region for UAH 22.95 million from the State Regional Development Fund have already been approved by the Cabinet. Revised materials for 60 projects for more than UAH 87 million have been submitted to the Ministry of Regional Development for consideration and approval. Their funding is expected soon.
