In Transcarpathia, 8 hospitals will become reference ones

By the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 15, 2020, No. 23-R, the list of reference health care facilities in the hospital districts of the country for the period up to 2023 was determined.
When determining such hospitals, the accessibility of medical facilities to the patients was taken into account. The drive to the hospital should not exceed 1 hour.
In our region, there will be eight such medical institutions: Source.
Non-profit enterprise “Beregovo Central District Hospital of Beregovo District Council”
Non-profit enterprise "Vynogradiv District Hospital" of Vynogradiv District Council
Non-profit enterprise “Volovets Central District Hospital of Volovets District Council”
Non-profit enterprise "Mukachevo Central District Hospital"
Non-profit enterprise “Rakhiv District Hospital” of Rakhiv District Council
Non-profit enterprise “Tyachiv District hospital” of Tyachiv District Council
Non-profit enterprise "Khust Central District Hospital" of Khust District Council
Non-profit enterprise “Central City Clinical Hospital” of Uzhgorod City Council

Reference hospitals are a national priority. Patients with stroke and heart attack will be referred to reference hospitals, childbirth and neonatal care will be provided there. Patients with polytrauma, acute surgical pathology, brain injuries, neurotrauma and more will be referred there as well.
