In the middle of the night, the police evacuated 30 people due to threat of explosion (PHOTOS)

Yesterday, on October 5, at night, the police received a report that an unknown person had attached a suspicious device to a car parked near an educational institution. After that the man got into his car and drove in an unknown direction.

A security guard of a nearby educational institution reported about the incident.

Due to a threat of explosion, fifty policemen were alerted. Law enforcement officers promptly checked the neighbourhood, ensured order, and evacuated 30 people.

Explosive experts were also working at the scene. They found out that the suspicious item was not explosive, dismounted it and sent it for examination.

The check is ongoing. The police stress that the reaction of the security guard to the suspicious item was correct. It is the duty of every citizen to immediately inform the police in case of detection of suspicious items.
