In the city government there are minor reorganizations

Thus, according to the proposed draft decision the structure of the city government is to be somewhat reorganized. Department of Capital Construction will convereted into directorate, the Center of administrative services will be opened on the basis of the Citizens appeals department, and the Directorate for Education will be turned into department.
Interesting moment – the Department of land use will be subject to the Secretary of the City Council.
The changes will enter into force on January 1, 2013.
