In the center of Uzhgorod, there is garbage even… underground (Photo-fact)

On the way to Fentsyk square, right after the pedestrian bridge, you can come across quite a large hole – a "window" into the underground Uzhgorod.  The garbage and the stench are only minor annoyances compared with the danger posed by the deep pit to passers-by.

Who is dismantling the decorative pavement, when did they have the time to throw garbage into the "basement" of Uzhgorod, which is under Teatralna Square? The authorities should take action lest that "someone" makes more trouble! And, at least, patch the hole in the city center.
